Our Team
Max Fancher, Chief Maximizer
Max is a product of Santa Cruz, California which is undoubtedly where he developed his easy going, level headed nature. He attended the University of California, at Berkeley and spent 10 years running the highly successful sailing club, OCSC Sailing.
Max first discovered his passion for video and film-making while leading sailing vacations all over the world in tropical locations. After documenting these voyages on film, and creating numerous other video projects including weddings, instructional DVD's, and memorial services, Max finally decided to pursue formal film education in San Francisco's BAVC. He has spent the last year refining his art, honing his skills and adding to his portfolio of video profiles.

Maggie Holmes, VP & CFO
Maggie is also a California native and attended UC Berkeley for her undergraduate work with a major in Mass Communications. She subsequently obtained her Masters Degree from Stanford University.
Among other things, Maggie brings organization and savvy to a business environment that by its very nature is in constant need of tending. No one day is the same here at Maximize Video. Today we're on location shooting, the next, back in the studio editing, and with multiple projects running at any given time, it's critical to keep this ship on its proper course. Maggie's unique ability to counsel clients and help them through the process makes her a joy to work with.
